Filtering Cooking Oil
Is McDonald’s fish fillet suitable for non-meat eaters? Is it cooked in a separate oil from the meat fillet?
Hi I am a fish-eating vegetarian and I have eaten fish fillet from different McDonald’s in the UK, Rome, Cairo and Paris. But although I have found out that they have an oil filtering and altering technology where fillets are fried separately, I just want to know that if it applies for all McDonald’s branch outside UK?
While you’re doing research, make sure the fries aren’t cooked in beef fat. I’m not sure if they do that everywhere or just in North America. Either way, I thought you might want to know about their little “tasty fries” secret.
